Thursday, May 19, 2011 10:07:41 AMOn May 11, 2011, the State signed a Participating Addendum with Alere, Inc. dba Redwood Toxicology/Instant Technologies allowing Montana to use the Multi-State Drug Testing Kit(s) cooperative purchasing contract NASPO SP-07-0437R. This non-exclusive contract is administered by the state of Arkansas on behalf of the National Association of State Procurement Officials. The Judicial Branch Office of Court Administrator's Office can access the best pricing available for drug testing kits used by Juvenile Probation departments throughout the State.
