For the convenience of vendors seeking business opportunities with the State of Montana,
this service contains all formal bids and proposals for supplies and services with a total contract
value above $25,000 for all agencies of Montana state government, including the State's public
university system. Links to the State's Architecture and Engineering Division's building projects,
the Department of Transportation's highway construction projects, and the Department of Fish, Wildlife
and Parks' construction projects are also provided for vendor convenience. For more information on

Instructions
There are three ways to search for solicitations for supplies and services:
- By a provided description, OR
- By issuing agency, OR
- By viewing all solicitations.
The number within parentheses next to each description or agency name indicates the number of solicitations available; (0) means no solicitations available.
Search Results
Clicking on the Solicitation Number link opens the Solicitation Details page for the selected solicitation.
This page contains pertinent information regarding the solicitation along with links to all associated documents.
Clicking on links within the Title column will open that document.
Closing Dates in RED indicate a change in the closing date for that solicitation.
Clicking on Search Again will return you to the Bids and Proposals service.
Any solicitation questions should be directed to the issuing agency contact listed on the Solicitation Details page for that solicitation.

When the solicitation is in PDF (.pdf) format, it is recommended that the document be viewed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
