State Capitol Custodial Program
Capitol Facilities provides professional in-house cleaning services at the State Capitol. Our top priority is to maintain cleanliness and promote a safe and welcoming environment for all users of the building. Staff members are well trained and operate in accordance with industry standards for specialized upkeep of historical buildings. Contracted Services Custodial Program
Capitol Facilities contracts with service providers to perform custodial duties in most State-owned buildings. Contractors are responsible for adhering to the scope of work for buildings located on the Capitol Complex. Capitol Facilities staff acts as contract managers to ensure that work is being completed on time and in accordance with each contracts’ specifications.
